Restoration Depot has operated out of East Tampa since 1983. We have worked through every hurricane season Tampa Bay has thrown at us, and we know the housing stock here — the 1920s bungalows in Seminole Heights, the low-sitting block homes in South Tampa, the tight new construction out in Riverview that traps humidity and grows mold in year three.
